At RUH E MUSK, your satisfaction matters most. We aim to deliver high-quality perfumes and attars with great care.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and product safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes, attars, or oils.

Once your return is approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Refunds for online payments will be made through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
